ON ARRIVAL

Please make your way to the organising committee tent adjacent to the Beer Tent and make yourselves known to us. Each team will be duly registered for their event with player names duly noted. In the case of the men’s events each player will be given an ink mark confirming which competition he is playing. Changing tents will be available but each team should look after their own kit bags and belongings etc.

No Vehicles are permitted at the pitches. cars must be parked in the park car parks.
All Players and Spectators must adhere to Kilbroney Park Rules.

CAMPING

Kilbroney Park has camping facilities but these need to be booked directly with NMDC & Kilbroney Park. Fiddlers Green are looking to obtain further camping facilities and should entrants wish to avail of these possible facilities they should email us their interest.

The senior men’s event is being sponsored by The Killowen Bar, Rostrevor and the junior event by The Kilbroney Bar, Rostrevor. Please support them while you are in the village (after you have been thrown out of the Beer Tent).

FOOD & DRINK

The Beer Tent will be open for business until approx 9pm Saturday. In addition to our draught beers of Carlsberg & Guinness Stout there will be a range of bottled beers, spirits, wines, water and soft drinks available. You have no excuse for going thirsty.

Outside of the licensed area of the Beer Tent Kilbroney Park is zoned as an alcohol free area by N&MDC and we have been advised that this by-law will be actively enforced by the PSNI this year.

Please observe this law and leave your carry outs at home (or on the bus at least)

Freshly cooked Burgers will be available throughout the course of the day.

There will be no excuses for going hungry either.
